The question that now haunts me . . .
What was Belichick thinking?
I'm a Christian, husband, father, pastor and all around goof who believes that God is at His best when man is at His worst.
That the Colts are a dynasty happening before our eyes, and no one, not even the Patriots get in the way of that!
No, I did not grow up in Indianapolis or anything - just saying.

John is delusional. =) Coming from a PATS fan, embedded here in NE, the overall consensus was that Belichick was NOT thinking. It was unacceptable. Onto next week. Finishing 13-3 is quite in our grasp.

What was Belichick thinking???
Maybe that his offense was playing better than his defense and that the only way to beat the Colts was to keep the Pat's offense on the field for just 2 more minutes.

Here's a take I haven't heard expressed: is it easier (more likely) to stop Manning from scoring from 70 yards out with 2 minutes to go, or to make two yards (and thereby seal the victory)? Is that what Bill was thinking? In other words, I suppose you could say, Bill was suffering from FOPS (Fear of Peyton Syndrome). BTW, I'm a Pats fan.

Thought this bloomberg column gave an interesting insight, but YMMV:

Perhaps the greater question is; was he thinking?
